Adams & Martin Group is working with an expanding telecommunications consulting company in building their headquarters in Allen, Texas.

The company is currently looking for Project Managers to head teams in the field of contracts management and data capture for client’s commercial leasing portfolio.

The ideal individual will have an excellent foundation of contracts review, including a high level of attention to detail, that they’d like to build upon. Candidate must have experience managing a team of individuals – analyzing progress to completion of project milestones, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining strong communication with client’s on deadlines and expectations.

Those with a background in contracts management, commercial real estate, or legal document review with requisite team management experience are encouraged to apply.

The position will require candidate to begin work on site at offices in Allen, with some flexibility to partial work from home schedule possible down the line.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree required; post-graduate degree (JD, MBA, etc.) preferred, but not required.
• 1+ year experience handling contract/document review (open to industry)
• 1+ year experience managing a team of individuals
• Additional experience handling reporting/analytics, client management, and basic accounting calculations highly preferred.
• Ability to commute to Allen, Texas.
