As a member of the Operations Team, you will perform general administrative tasks by running various reports, maintaining customer information, and assisting with tasks to ensure the branch is compliant. Here Is What You Can Expect

  • Oversees inventory control procedures including maintaining files, generating and updating reports, assisting in product cycle counts, checking shipped dates and locked orders
  • Reviews return authorization and credit memo forms pending return of material; inspecting the condition of return material through final disposition
  • Research tax and freight claims and work with Financial Services to clear claims
  • Basic accounting duties such as light accounts receivables and payables, invoice approval preparation, running credit memos
  • Runs various reports such as tax, manual sales order, fleet, security
  • Responsible for building maintenance and security, equipment maintenance, maintaining supplies, compliance to health and safety program (HASP) and monthly OSHA Logs

To Be Successful, You Must Have

  • High School degree or equivalent
  • 1 year of operational or administrative experience preferred
  • Knowledge of warehouse logistics preferred
  • Customer service and inside sales experience preferred
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to change priorities quickly, ability to multi-task
  • Demonstrated experience using MS Excel, Word, and Outlook required
  • Ability to work independently

Physical Conditions

  • The position is based inside a warehouse
  • The environment can be up to 100 degrees in the summer. The warehouse is climate controlled and comfortable in the winter
  • This position will be seated for portions of the day, so the incumbent should be comfortable working at a desk
