We continue to experience record growth and are currently looking for an afternoon Shift Production Supervisor in our fast-paced Manufacturing facility in Dieppe.

ROLE SUMMARY

Oversee all the daily operations on the afternoon shift (3:30 pm to midnight Monday to Friday) and to carry out the company vision and directives. To be successful in this role, you must be a hands-on leader and a confident decision-maker who can instill a culture of coaching, mentoring and development as well as fostering an environment of employee empowerment.

· Oversee all aspects of operations during the afternoon shift

· Ensure kits are ready for production

· Queue products as per production requirements.

· Get part shortages for production floor when needed

· Move or remove completed kits

· Ensure production work areas are kept clean and organized

· Train, develop, monitor and review the performance of your team

· Assure the proper execution of work orders as scheduled by MRP and instructed by Work
Instructions

· Coordinate and communicate between departments as necessary for continued workflow

· Deal directly with minor worker issues

· Communicate with Production Manager any and all necessary feedback from the floor.

· Assist with general assembly

· Maintain inventory levels necessary for day-to-day production operations

· Preform maintenance (Scheduled & Unscheduled) on tooling and machinery as required

· Converse with QA, inventory Control, Machine operations and assemblers in organizing and performing output as required

Compensation is competitive and based on experience.
