Job duties/accountabilities:
- Represent the Network and Technology Services teams on system improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with colleagues and other business stakeholders to deliver various projects.
- Ensures the systems works well with each other with no gaps via the building end to end flows
- Support users to lead, plan, organize and implement the design and delivery of projects
- Motivate the project team for discussions.
- Support users (BBM, IT POs, and Test Teams) through project lifecycle.
- Understand components in the NTS systems, and what their respective responsibilities.
- Understand all roles involved in the project. In particular: end users, the project sponsor, QA etc.
- Work with and present to various management levels.
- Deliver on projects and data strategies that directly support key business drivers.
- Manage and optimize the flow of value through the ART using various tools, such as the Program Kanban and other information radiators
- Establish and communicate the annual calendars for Iterations and Program Increments (PIs)
- Facilitate PI Planning readiness by fostering a Continuous Exploration process
- Assist in tracking the execution of features and capabilities
- Facilitate periodic synchronization events, including the ART sync
- Assist with economic decision-making by facilitating feature and capability estimation by teams
Critical Qualifications/Competencies:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the field of Cloud/ IoT
- Analytical and technical skills.
- Conceptual thinking and creative problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to lead and influence others.
- Collaboration and negotiation skills.
- Professional work ethic, inter-personal skills, and strong organizational skills are essential.
- Agile Practice Enablement leveraging the Bell Agile Framework (based on SAFe).
- Proven high performer with a minimum 3-5 years of related experience.
- Flexible and solutions-oriented with the ability to adapt to a complex, constantly evolving work environment.
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to take initiative with minimal guidance and be comfortable working both as an individual and as part of a team.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with proven leadership capabilities and a strong commitment to personal development.
- Solid oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- MS Visio skills with strong ability to document the interaction between systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A demonstrated ability to deliver results with particular strengths in:
o Organizational skills
o An ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications/Competencies:
- Certification or recognized training in Business Analysis.
- Experience in Telecommunications
