Alert Monitoring Technician (NOC) – Entry Level

• Monitoring Alerts by making tickets for:
• Server & Site Down alerts
• Low Disk Space alerts
• Server Hardware alerts

This is a full-time job with full benefits package, 2 weeks PTO, and 9 paid holidays throughout the year

Career path from a NOC Technician to a Tier 1 Helpdesk Technician (internal training provided)

This is an entry level job in the IT field, hands on computer and network experience should be noted, also include your knowledge of desktops, servers, routers, switches and general computer support. We need technicians who are great with customers and can communicate clearly on the phone as well as pay close attention to detail.

Please include any relevant completed classwork, training, or certifications in your resume. Preference will be given to those with

• CompTia A+, Net+
• Microsoft Certifications (MCSE, MCSA)
• 2-year degree in a Computer related field
