Take your ambitions to the next level

Implement improvement and optimization mandates in support of the technology operations teams;

Produce and analyze operational performance indicators (KPIs) and propose solutions to address gaps;

Implement the improvement solutions identified jointly with the teams and ensure their sustainability;

Support teams in defining operational requirements for projects and ensuring their delivery;

Develop and maintain work methods and management tools according to the needs defined by the operational groups;

Support the operational teams in monitoring indicators and activities.

Does this sound like you?

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent training;

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the telecommunications or related field;

OIQ membership is an asset;

Communication with teams in French and English. Level expected:
