TECHSICO
Responsibilities
· Required to lift items in excess of 50 lbs
· Always act in a safe manner following all safety standards
· Show proficiency in telecom terminology
· Perform all work per foreman’s instructions
· Removal and parking of vehicles from warehouse; all loading of equip / material at warehouse and in vehicles
· Demonstrate general understanding of overall site layout and associated equipment
· Report any violations to the construction foreman
· Perform daily and final site clean-up
· Proper use of basic hand tools and power tools
· Set up of tools and material on job site per direction of Foreman
· Dig trenches for power, Telco and RF cable runs
· Learn proper knots for loading and rigging and perform proper weather sealing techniques
· Run RF cables to antennas and all necessary grounding on tower to antennas and RF lines
· Assist in setting antennas per assigned azimuths and tilts
· Paint all cabling and antennas per site specifications
Accountabilities
· Accountable to Foreman /Project Manager (PM) to ensure work is completed following all safety standards daily
· Accountable to PM to accurately update and complete timecard daily
· Accountable to PM/MD for adhering to Techsico Policies and Procedures
· Accountable to PM/MD in ensuring CPR/FA, Climber safety, Sweep testing, and OSHA certifications remain up to date.
