Position Description
NTS is looking for a bright-minded individual with solid business analysis skills who is capable of driving change while working through complex issues in an overall mandate to provide support to key members of the project/product development team.
Within the NTS team, the IT Application Architect will be part of a team responsible for the optimization and delivery of exciting Network and Technology projects. The role will function as an interface with our Client Business Markets teams as well as IT PO/experts working on project design and deployment with overall responsibilities and an opportunity to lead in the definition of solutions, creation of requirements, roadmaps, sequences, and overall end-to-end delivery.

Job duties / accountabilities:
Represent the Network and Technology Services teams on system improvement initiatives.
Work closely with colleagues and other business stakeholders to deliver various projects.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to define technically appropriate solutions that meet users’ requirements.
Lead sessions and author business requirements and system features
Develop high-level documentation of the interaction between systems. Ensures the systems works well with each other with no gaps via the building end to end flows
Support users to Lead, plan, organize and implement the design and delivery of projects Motivate the project team for discussions
Understand system non-functional requirements and how the project/architecture reflects them
Support users (BBM. IT POs, Test Teams) through project lifecycle
Understand IT system components and responsibilities,
Understand all roles involved in the project. In particular: end users, the project sponsor, QA etc. Making decisions or imposing any restrictions, considering their impact on the project.
Work with and present to various management levels
Deliver on projects and data strategies that directly support key business drivers

Proven high performer with a minimum 3-5 years of related experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent – business discipline preferred
Flexible & solutions-oriented with ability to adapt to complex, constantly evolving work environment
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
Ability to take initiative with minimal guidance and be comfortable working both as an individual and as part of a team
Highly developed interpersonal skills with proven leadership capabilities and a strong commitment to personal development
Solid oral and written communication and presentation skills
Advanced MS Office skills, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
Advanced MS Visio skills with strong ability to draw processes.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A demonstrated ability to deliver results with particular strengths in:
Organizational skills
An ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications/Competencies:
Certification or recognized training in Business Analysis.
Experience in Telecommunications
Previous telecommunications background
Salesforce Administrator Certification
Salesforce Sales Cloud Certification
3+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst / Application Architect
2+ years of hand-on experience in Salesforce
Experience with Agile and experience with tools such as: Jira
Hands-on experience with Visio design tool or alternatives
Understanding current business process & experience in documenting future state business process
Experience with working with understanding Salesforce terminology and documenting solutions while working closely with Architects and Developers.
Analytical and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environment
Ability to build relationships and work effectively with internal players and vendors
Be flexible, resilient, and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
Solid oral and written communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Wide knowledge of available Client tools
Understanding of the Client existing Day 0, 1 & 2 process, impacted teams and systems used, as applicable
