A telecommunications client is looking for a Telecom Provisioner to design and provision DS0/DS1/DS1M circuits.

Location: Tulsa, OK 74117
Position: Telecom Provisioner
Pay Rate: $40/hr on W2
Duration: 12 months or longer
Additional Locations:

• Clinton, MS
• Cary, NC
• Richardson, TX

JOB DUTIES:

• Design and provision DS0/DS1/DS1M circuits in support of Line Cost Savings Plans.
• Send and coordinate appropriate ASR’s to LEC/CLEC/ICO .
• Utilize company systems to track, coordinate, and dispatch proper internal and external resources involved in the Service order and ASR process.
• Ensure orders and ASR’s are completed and stated objectives are achieved.
• Minimize Customer impact of Order and ASR activity.

MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):

• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites.
• Proficiency in issuance of ASR’s to LEC/CLEC/ICO at all circuit levels ( DS0/DS1/DS1M )
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently to organize and coordinate large and diversified projects.
• The ability to work in a changing environment .

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Ability to design and provision in all Legacy company systems.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years Experience as a Provisioner or Project Manager in the Telecommunication Industry.
• Proven Design and circuit analysis background within a LEC/CLEC/ICO, or a minimum of an Associates degree within the Engineering or IT field with emphasis on topology or Circuit Design.

At a minimum, a 7-year background check, education verification, employment verification, and drug screen will be conducted upon hire. Your suitability for employment is contingent upon successfully passing these required pre-employment screenings.
