Assistant Telecommunications Division Manager. Ketchikan Public Utilities Telecommunications Division is seeking a highly motivated individual with proven financial, managerial and regulatory experience in operators for a progressive Telecommunications Company. The Assistant Telecom Division Manager oversees the overall day-to-day operations of the Division. A successful candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in accounting, business or related field and five years of increasingly responsible administrative and management responsibility in a telecommunications environment.
