What you’ll do

You will report to Senior Manager to contribute to the solution delivery team

Provide work estimates and skills required to assist the lead architect and project management with task scheduling and resource requests

Coordinate with development and test teams to keep the deliverables on target

Help manage technical customer interactions from kick off through UAT

Gather, design and documenting customer requirements that meet our client’s needs, and fits within the OSS/BSS infrastructure

Mentor other project members to increase their understanding of the customer and technology

Provide feedback to the solution engineering team for improvements, market trends and product issues

Pursue knowledge of upcoming product features as they are made known or released

You should have

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business or equivalent education/experience required.

5 years software development experience

Senior design experience in UNIX and database applications

Telecommunications industry experience and related product knowledge

Agile methodologies experience

Proficient in English in a business environment
