What you’ll do

• You will report to the Senior Manager to contribute to the solution delivery team
• Provide work estimates and skills required to assist the lead architect and project management with task scheduling and resource requests
• Coordinate with development and test teams to keep the deliverables on target
• Help manage technical customer interactions from kick off through UAT
• Gather and design customer requirements that meet our client’s needs, and fits within the OSS/BSS infrastructure
• Mentor other project members to increase their understanding of the customer and technology
• Provide feedback to the solution engineering team for improvements, market trends and product issues
• Pursue knowledge of upcoming product features as they are made known or released

You should have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in English in a business environment
• 5 years of software development and agile methodologies experience
• Experience in UNIX, designing and database
• Telecommunications industry experience and related product knowledge
