The Associate Director, Brand Integration with Optum Care Marketing will play a critical role in supporting execution of marketing and brand integration programs across the Optum Care portfolio in support of revenue and growth goals.
The successful candidate can collaborate cross-functionally, work well within large-scale, complex initiatives and is passionate about delivering measurable outcomes. The incumbent thrives on variability in day to day activities and can quickly adapt to the needs of the project and business to achieve strategic priorities.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Work closely with VP, Marketing Services to manage project teams focused on brand integration
- Execute in a matrixed environment and adjust quickly when priorities change
- Collaborate with Care Delivery Organization leaders and subject matter experts to facilitate and coordinate the implementation of the new market integration programs across marketing, digital, technology, clinical operations and back office functions
- Ensure that the Optum Care brand standards and identity is adhered to across all brand integration activities including real estate, communications, creative services and digital
- Institutionalize and continuously evolve methods and processes to optimize integration techniques
- Build presentation decks that convey ideas and data in a cohesive story
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, while developing detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
- Leverage insights to generate new ideas and find opportunities

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience of enterprise level project management experience, managing project timelines with multiple stakeholders
- 5+ years of experience leading a project management team to successfully deliver results
- Experience communicating, presenting and building relationships with all levels within the organization to influence change effectively
- Experience using data to understand and solve and problems
- Experience managing multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to eventually travel nationally up to 25% as needed

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $97,300 to $176,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $97,300 to $176,900. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
