YOUR ROLE

The Asssociate Line Builder will play a key role in supporting the line management team to create a global collection aligned with the product stories of Go-to market (GTM). The assistant line builder’s main responsibility is thoroughly managing the product life cycle, ensuring prompt communication with vendors and collaborating teams as well as providing trend and product insights.

Responsibilities

• Support both Handbags PD and Accessories PD in research and collection line plan creation for each season
• Shipments of samples and packages to suppliers
• Follow up with packages with tracking
• Double checking proper labels and tags on handbags / accessories
• Double checking all 360 pictures from suppliers
• Cleaning up pictures using photoshop
• Submitting samples for photoshoots and following up on the status of completion
• Work closely with designers for TP, and other technical and design requirements
• Support line builder with daily roles and responsibilities
• Coordinate data entry projects between handbags and accessories.

DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE WE’RE LOOKING FOR?

• Design or Graphic design background with data entry experience.
• Experience with a PLM system is considered an asset
• Photoshop knowledge an asset
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
• Microsoft PP / Excel knowledge as asset
