Liberty Mutual Insurance
- Reviewing telecom invoicing for voice and data services from carriers, including but not limited to POTS service, cable internet, DSL, MPLS, VoIP, cellular services.
- Finding any incorrect vendor billing.
- Submitting requests to vendors for corrections and credits.
- Follow up to confirm corrections are made and credits are issued.
- Track all telecommunications expense and provide reports to client management.
- Field any questions or requests regarding telecommunications expense from the client and attend IT/Finance meetings as needed.
- Summary reports for both internal and external stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline and at least one year of experience in network installation and operation, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Advanced Excel skills, with PowerBI / Data Analysis skills a plus.
- Familiarity with project costs forecasts and budgeting.
- Experience reviewing telecommunications invoices and auditing expense.
- Telecommunications industry experience, preferably with both wired and wireless services.
- Analyzing and optimizing telecom spend.
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead processes from start to finish with consistent reporting.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize projects and tasks.
- Self-starter willing to take initiative and work both independently and as a team member.
