TITLE: ATT Project Admin/Coordinator

Contract

LENGTH: 6 months with possible extension to a year or longer

LOCATION: 100% Remote – work from home

Job Description Summary:

This position is responsible for supporting the Project Directors: (1) Update, Maintain and monitor Budgets/Forecasts in Site Tracker system (2) Request POs from finance and track to ensure delivery to vendor. (3) Prepare and submit reports to PM/PMDs for contractual deliverable due to client (4) Prepare and submit reports to PM/PMDs for contractual deliverable due to client. (5) Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reporting to client as needed (6) Prepare reports as required by management (7) Championing of continuous process improvements that contribute to a more efficient and effective team.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in planning, organizing and implementing work priorities to ensure the orderly flow of documentation and information throughout the project progress.
  • Proven ability to interact, develop and maintain a positive working relationship with personnel on all levels, both within the company and with clients
  • Proven knowledge of maintaining project schedules

Experience

  • Preferred – past direct or indirect engagement by a wireless tower or related technology company that resulted in exposure to the telecommunications infrastructure industry and the wireless communications ecosystem that we serve.
  • Experience in working with database systems such as Site Tracker, Sales force etc for project tracking.
  • Experience in preparing reports in Excel incorporating pivot tables, and routine formulas.
  • Proven experience and understanding in schedule management

  • Ability to understand complex contractual obligations to client and work with the team to ensure we are tracking to deliver.
  • Mitigate risk by identifying a head of time any deliverable not tracking to meet the required timeline.
  • Partnering with broader team to work toward seamless delivery.

OPERATIONAL:

  • Working regularly with the operations team to ensure that budgets are reflective of project status. PO requests are processed and issued to vendor timely.
  • Generate reports for client as required. Reports for management as needed.
  • Partner with IT and Finance for any reporting/system analytics that will support the program tracking/deliverables.
  • Identifying areas of opportunity for improvement and develop processes and improvements to contribute to team efficiencies.

  • AT&T experience is a must have

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 – $42,000.00 per year
