We seek an energetic Retail Sales Associate to play a critical role in progressing the mobile wireless sales efforts for our clients in the telecommunications industry. Our Retail Sales Associate ensures a genuine customer experience that delivers results by selling to our customer needs and should possess a competitive spirit and a desire to meet and exceed sales goals. In this role, you will represent the AT&T brand and meet customers’ wireless needs. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will work as a team to meet both personal and company goals!

Duties Include:
- Facilitate retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches, and other devices along with wireless services to the general public while demonstrating outstanding customer service
- Maintain strong knowledge of all company products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features
- Build positive, long-term repeat relationships with customers through personal integrity.
- Generate new customer acquisitions through face to face communication
- Attend daily workshops to further existing knowledge.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Experience in customer service or other people-oriented fields desired
- Willingness to learn and utilize proven techniques to grow your business.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and contribute in a team environment
- Being a self-starter with the willingness to help when needed.
