What we are looking for:

• Individuals with friendly and outgoing personalities
• Ability to build rapport and follow up with guests after the sales process
• Possess strong communication and organizational skills
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully
• Perform high-quality, professional and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of vehicles
• Stay up to date on products to be able to successfully explain product performance and benefits to customers
• Strong focus on providing the highest level of customer service to our guests
• Learn to overcome objections, close sales and perform all steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards
• Individuals with prior sales, customer service, or hospitality experience
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record is required
• Highschool diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
