ConvergeOne is looking for talented Avaya Communication Manager Technicians to join their team for a 2–3-month contract job in Fort Worth, TX.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with Migration from CS1000 to Avaya CM
- Working Help Desk to clear tickets like dead phones etc.
- Moves, Adds, Changes, and Deletions of station equipment as well as Record keeping
- Installation and repair of station cables
- Maintenance, repair, configuration, and operation of the telephone switch and related equipment
- Maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of telecommunications equipment
- Maintenance, repair, configuration, and operation of Avaya Communication Manager
- Other telecommunications-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with Avaya Communication Manager.
- Hands on experience with Avaya servers
- Proficient in installation and configuration of Avaya Systems
- Experience and knowledge of Telephony protocols
- Good understanding of Avaya architecture and design.
- Good to have a Design experience on Avaya Unified communication products.
- Experience with other Avaya appliances, i.e., Avaya Aura Messaging, Avaya CMS, and Avaya OneX Agent.
- Recent VoIP experience on an enterprise network,
- A thorough understanding of how to troubleshoot Avaya problems
- Avaya Certifications are preferred
Job Types: Contract, Temporary
Pay: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour
