Avaya Communication Manager Technician

ConvergeOne is looking for talented Avaya Communication Manager Technicians to join their team for a 2–3-month contract job in Fort Worth, TX.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with Migration from CS1000 to Avaya CM
  • Working Help Desk to clear tickets like dead phones etc.
  • Moves, Adds, Changes, and Deletions of station equipment as well as Record keeping
  • Installation and repair of station cables
  • Maintenance, repair, configuration, and operation of the telephone switch and related equipment
  • Maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of telecommunications equipment
  • Maintenance, repair, configuration, and operation of Avaya Communication Manager
  • Other telecommunications-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with Avaya Communication Manager.
  • Hands on experience with Avaya servers
  • Proficient in installation and configuration of Avaya Systems
  • Experience and knowledge of Telephony protocols
  • Good understanding of Avaya architecture and design.
  • Good to have a Design experience on Avaya Unified communication products.
  • Experience with other Avaya appliances, i.e., Avaya Aura Messaging, Avaya CMS, and Avaya OneX Agent.
  • Recent VoIP experience on an enterprise network,
  • A thorough understanding of how to troubleshoot Avaya problems
  • Avaya Certifications are preferred

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Fort Worth, TX 76104: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
