GenSales Marketing Group is celebrating our 20th anniversary in business this year. We are a U.S. based lead generation company with high Glassdoor and Google My Business ratings.

Our Remote Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are masters at B2B outbound prospecting. They are tasked with setting qualified appointments on behalf of our valued clients in a wide range of industries such as commercial roofing, business acquisition, and telecommunications, just to name a few. Experience in B2B sales and professionalism is a must.

We are seeking seasoned B2B sales development rock stars who are motivated, self-starters with a drive for success and love of the hunt. Qualifications:

  • Extensive cold calling experience setting date & time specific, pre-qualified B2B (Business to Business) appointments with decision makers (C-Level, VP-Level & Director Level).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, Monday – Friday, primarily during US business hours.
  • Designated home office set up free of background noises and distractions.
  • Ability to multitask and effectively manage time.
  • Proficient use of computers, including working on multiple applications and web browsers simultaneously.
  • Experience working with cloud-based CRM and dialing software to access leads and make calls. Experience with VanillaSoft, VS Connect, and Slack are a plus.
