We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to contribute to our operation expansion. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. As a Business Development Executive your main role will be to build and manage partnerships and collaborations while driving sustainable financial growth through boosting sales.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a sales growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Explore opportunities for building partnerships/collaborations
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients/affiliates.
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Think strategically – seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives to develop and improve the business
  • Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets.
  • Explore opportunities for building partnerships/collaborations and arrange business meetings with prospective partners/affiliates.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Keep abreast of trends and changes in the home security and telecom industry.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office, Google spreadsheet and CRM software.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will

  • Have at least 5 years of experience in B2B/D2C sales role.
  • Have a proven track record of generating and closing sales, especially in home security industry.
  • Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.

Salary: $105,000.00-$180,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:

  • Generating and closing sales: 3 years (preferred)
  • Sales management: 1 year (preferred)
