Airosmith Development is seeking a B2B Wireless Telecom Sales Representative II to join their growing Business Development/Sales and Marketing team. This position will collaborate in a team environment to expand opportunities with current clients, secure new and diverse clients and achieve corporate goals through sales efforts.

Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:

  • Develop new accounts and grow existing accounts with business-to-business (B2B) clients.
  • Utilize consultative selling skills to identify key trends, uncover customer needs and leverage industry knowledge to find and close sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal departments to strategically identify potential opportunities and solutions.
  • The successful candidate will primarily call on Municipalities, Electrical Co-Op, and Public/Private Broadband Operators.
  • Attend conferences, trade shows and events.
  • Travel required.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of telecommunications industry experience in sales and business development with broadband communities and projects required.
  • Experience prospecting enterprise organizations while effectively engaging initial points of entry and quickly navigating the conversation to key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop business opportunities in new accounts and expand revenue in existing accounts.
  • Thorough knowledge of fiber broadband technology a plus.
  • Strong relationship-building skills for B2B long sales cycles required.
  • Outstanding written and communication skills.
  • A self-starter, critical and analytical thinker with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • A highly organized multi-tasker who effectively manages time, multiple priorities, attention to detail, and deadline driven.
  • Must possess a valid drivers’ license.
  • Proficient with MS Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publishing).

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience; technology background preferred.
