Overview:
Precision Valley Communications is seeking motivated individuals to help support a fast paced production team. This role provides direct assistance to the Project Manager and Project Coordinator to help ensure project continuity and efficiency from start to finish. These positions are remote based.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Serve as a liason between PVC and our subcontractors.
- Provide support to the Project Manager and Project Coordinator.
- Reviewing all information submitted by subcontractors for accuracy and timelyness.
- Verifying time records.
- Update and maintain tracking of project status.
- Respond to customer requests and direct to the correct person.
- Assist with billing and invoicing.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills.
- Previous experience with billing and invoicing
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask.
- Proficient knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables/ V Lookup).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize to ensure deadlines are met.
- Knowledge of telecommunications and Bentley V8i a plus.
- Must be able to work EST hours.
