From our start in 2015, we have had strong growth, especially in Sweden, and now we are increasing the pace both in Sweden and internationally. We are looking for a BizOpsGeneralist that will join us on this journey!

About the role:
The core mission of this role is to serve as a catalyst for excellence within our organization. As a pivotal member of our team, you will take the lead in managing projects associated with corporate governance. In doing so, you will help us fortify our organizational structure and enhance efficiency.

One of the primary responsibilities of this role is to meticulously track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs). Your expertise in dissecting their nuances will be crucial in making informed decisions that steer us toward success. By maintaining these vital metrics, you will help us identify areas for improvement and implement strategic measures to optimize our performance.

It also extends to a broader spectrum of responsibilities. At times, you may find yourself stepping into the shoes of a functional head within departments facing challenges, offering your guidance and expertise. Your versatile skill set will be an invaluable asset in addressing challenges headon and fostering resilience within our teams.

The role includes:
Owning Analytics Stack: Take ownership of our analytics infrastructure, ensuring data accuracy and availability for informed decisionmaking.

Tracking KPIs: Continuously monitor and enhance performance by tracking targets, goals, and projects. Analyze KPIs, metrics, unit economics, and conduct mystery calls for insights.

Prestudies for New Products: Conduct preliminary research and analysis to assess the feasibility and potential of new product offerings.

Assisting in Internationalization and GTM: Play a vital role in supporting the expansion of our business into new markets or launching new products, including gotomarket (GTM) strategies.

Competitor and Partner Research: Investigate competitors and potential partners, contributing valuable insights to our strategic analysis.

Setting Partnership Strategy: Develop a comprehensive partnership strategy to foster collaborations that align with our business goals.

Monitoring Strategy Implementation: Continuously track progress to ensure that our partnership strategy is being effectively executed and objectives are met.

About you:
Fluency in both Swedish and English.

Bachelor’s degree in related fields or corresponding work experience

Demonstrated expertise in analytics and a keen ability to interpret complex data, including KPIs, metrics, and unit economics.

Experience in managing projects, from prestudies for new products to internationalization efforts and gotomarket strategies.

A keen ability to research and analyze competitors and potential partners, contributing to our strategic analysis.

Demonstrated success in setting and executing partnership strategies that align with business objectives.

An understanding of international markets and a willingness to assist in internationalization efforts.

A flexible and adaptable approach to handle departmental challenges and provide support as needed in various areas.
