Your Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for an (Agile) Business Analyst to join our team.

You will be part of a highly motivated IT team, will work closely with IT architects, developers, testers, while keeping a close collaboration with the business and IT-counterparts on client side.

The main attributions are the Business Analyst tasks applied in Agile Context as part of Solution Delivery: requirements management in collaboration with Business Representatives, backlog management in collaboration with Product Owner, write User Stories, clarify queries raised by the team during or before the Sprint Delivery, Review Sprint Delivery (Test Functionality and validate Acceptance Criteria).

Apart from the responsibilities on Solution Delivery, the Business Analyst can be also involved in Analyze on Initiative Level, working together with Business Owners and IT-Project Leads to define and choose the most suitable Solution Option to achieve the business goals.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Job Responsibilities:
Ensure business processes are running in accordance with Agile methodologies.

Create requirements and specifications for business solutions

Conduct business analysis and research to identify key metrics and opportunities for improvement

Develop processes and procedures to ensure business solutions meet strategic goals

Ensure business processes are running in accordance with Agile methodologies

Consult with key stakeholders to determine business objectives and success factors

Collaborate with team members to collect, analyze, and evaluate information from multiple sources

Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders

Write and document business requirements, functional requirements, and design specifications

Work with information technology professionals to develop a solution that meets business requirements

Continuously improve existing business processes and strive to develop new ones to improve efficiency

Business Analyst Requirements:

  • 5 years of Business Analyst Telecom Industry Experience with domain knowledge of OSS / BSS
  • 2 years of experience in service-oriented architecture principles to define and own Solution designs (applications and data technologies) and leverage cloud environment.
  • 2 years with Agile methodologies.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field

Strong problem-solving and management skills

Excellent communication and analytical skills

Technical writing

Working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and basic computer science

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other

Data visualization and data analysis experience not required but preferred

Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and Confluence

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Same as above

Must have the ability to work in Canada without sponsorship.
