JOB TITLE: BUSINESS ANALYST/SYSTEMS ARCHITECT

JOB LOCATION: UK with some travel to Belfast required

TERMS: Interim contract – 3 months+ (immediate start preferred)

THE JOB

This interim project role requires hands on working knowledge of the Openreach network, specifically in relation to API integration.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Reporting to the Product Manager, you will be responsible for producing a report based on analysis of Fibrus systems / processes and Openreach GEA systems and processes. The report will include:

· High level systems architecture detailing the feasibility integration between Fibrus and Openreach

· Analysis of what business processes need to be developed and estimated cost

· Analysis of what system development will be required to implement inter-operator systems integration and estimated costs

You will be working closely with stakeholders in the IT, operations, product and marketing teams.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING?

· Experienced IT Business Analyst or Systems Architect

· Experience of RESTful API

· Experience in the telecommunications industry

· Experience of Openreach API integrations for GEA products

· Experience of estimating effort and costs of development

· Experience working with internal and external stakeholders to scope process and system development requirements

· Experience of Microsoft products e.g. Dynamics 365

· Experience of API support services

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Ability to work with a wide variety of stakeholders
