You will have the flexibility to telecommute*, as long as you are willing and able to work Pacific Time zone hours, as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for the health plan and clients
- Communicate analysis and interpretation to appropriate audiences
- Coordinate member and provider communications, including collaborating with internal subject matter experts, editing content, ensuring compliance, and facilitating state approval
- Produce, publish and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc client and operational reports relating to the development and performance of products and processes
- Coordinate projects across functional areas and systems within the health plan and other business segments
- Ensure communication between stakeholders to keep informed on project status and results
- Maintain provider directory and provider manual in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Interface with all levels of the organization to drive the deliverables meeting established objectives and deadlines

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with Word
- 1+ years of experience in Healthcare operations/finance including analysis experience with a solid understanding of data storage structures
- 1+ years of experience in developing external communication
- 1+ years of experience in analysis of business process and workflow and providing an evaluation, benchmark and/or process improvement recommendations
- 1+ years of experience with project coordination
- 1+ years of experience with PC-based software programs and automated database management systems (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SAS, SQL, etc.)
- Work Pacific time zone hours

Preferred Qualifcations:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field
- Experience in complex reporting

Nevada Residents Only: The hourly range for Nevada residents is $28.85 to $51.30. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
