You will have the flexibility to telecommute*, as long as you are willing and able to work Pacific Time zone hours, as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for the health plan and clients
• Communicate analysis and interpretation to appropriate audiences
• Coordinate member and provider communications, including collaborating with internal subject matter experts, editing content, ensuring compliance, and facilitating state approval
• Produce, publish and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc client and operational reports relating to the development and performance of products and processes
• Coordinate projects across functional areas and systems within the health plan and other business segments
• Ensure communication between stakeholders to keep informed on project status and results
• Maintain provider directory and provider manual in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Interface with all levels of the organization to drive the deliverables meeting established objectives and deadlines

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with Word
• 1+ years of experience in Healthcare operations/finance including analysis experience with a solid understanding of data storage structures
• 1+ years of experience in developing external communication
• 1+ years of experience in analysis of business process and workflow and providing an evaluation, benchmark and/or process improvement recommendations
• 1+ years of experience with project coordination
• 1+ years of experience with PC-based software programs and automated database management systems (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SAS, SQL, etc.)
• Work Pacific time zone hours

Preferred Qualifcations:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field
• Experience in complex reporting

Nevada Residents Only: The hourly range for Nevada residents is $28.85 to $51.30.
