Context :
To support and accelerate its global growth, focusing on the development of the Telecom Markets in Belgium and Luxembourg is a strategic priority for the company.
Purpose :
The Business Development Manager will be based in Belgium with the need for travel. He / She is responsible for selling all Telecom Systems products, services and solutions in the BELUX region.
He / She is in charge to provide sustainable year on year growth of Sales and required levels of Commercial Margin by maximising the potential growth by generating and developing new customers in the Fibre to the X market. Managing the channels directly or through our dedicated partners.
He / She has in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, and excels at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. We’re seeking a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills.
He / She represents the company at key customers and prospects in the field by executing the commercial action plan to maximize sales and commercial margin. He / She maximize the potential of current customer accounts, and generate and develop new customers in the Fibre to the X market.
Main responsibilities :
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach in Belgium and Luxembourg, accordingly to Sales and Commercial Margin targets
- Meet with existing and potential clients to grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
- Identify Projects and Prospects that will generate profitable business in the short, mid and long-term
- Identify Trends and Opportunities for the medium term (2 to 5 years)
- Responsible for the offer from RFQ to payment
- Provide BELUX customer and market information within the company
Required qualifications:
- Technical and Sales knowledge of Telecom infrastructure network
- Minimum 3 years in the Sales area for Telecom infrastructure market
- Commercial or Engineering education with professional experience in Telecom business
- Used to work in an International Environment
Required skills:
- Language : fluent in Dutch, English. French is a strong plus.
