Sales / Business Development – To Establish Contracts with OEM’s, Data Centers & Telephone Companies For Their Electronic Scrap and EOL Electronics

Seeking an experienced Business Development / Sales Rep, industry experience a plus, in order to Establish Relationships with OEM’s, Manufacturers, Data Centers, Telephone companies, Cable operators & Fortune 500’s in order to source Electronic Scrap and IT Assets for Recycling and Reuse Purposes . Other areas of Focus also include the Identification of Telecom Equipment and Cell Site Decommissioning Projects.

Position is in office but highly experienced candidates with industry relationships will be considered for remote work.

Position centers on identifying key individuals & relationship cultivation in order to establish contracts & Supply. This Individual will aggressively ID and approach Asset Recovery Groups, Recycling Managers, Telephone Companies, the disposition side of IT Departments, Procurement, Asset Management Departments and have experience identifying and reaching out to such individuals via all means. Programs include ongoing Reverse Logistics Solutions, Pick Up services, Removals, Logistics, proposals to purchase, create revenue sharing arrangements and a variety of customized solutions.

A creative out of the box thinker who is hungry and professional with an established track record is a must.

A separate position for Non Industry Experienced Individuals is available at a lower Base.

Goal is to increase our supply of End of Life Electronic Inventories, E-Scrap, Non – Ferrous Scrap materials and excess inventories.

Key Responsibilities:

Establishing New Accounts to become their trusted Asset Manger and Recycler.

Minimum of 5 years Business Development / Sales / Experience

Establish New accounts & Increase the Volume of E-Scrap, EOL Assets

Cultivate and maintain client relationships.

Develop and implement excellent sales proposals & presentations

Excellent organizational skills

RFP and RFI Management.

Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – must be able to communicate in a professional manner including emails, letter writing, oral communication, proposals, and presentations in front of mid level executives.

Ability to multi-task, meeting, and exceeding objectives, deadlines, and goals.

Benefits

Salary, Commission, and Benefits:

$70,000.00 – $100,000.00 base plus commissions, plus quarterly bonus and benefits.

* A separate position for Non Industry Experienced Individuals is available at a lower Base.

Location: – City of Commerce, Ca. (90040), Satellite offices or remote work for very experienced candidates may be considered depending on experience.

E.O.E – Travel 10 -15 % Depending

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
