Business Sales Specialist

CIK Telecom, is seeking a dynamic business sales specialist to join our fast growing team. we are looking for a self-motivated individual who enjoys interacting with people, working in a fast-paced setting, to provide tailor-made solutions to our customers. The ideal candidate is someone who has excellent communication skills, proven record of sales achievement, and the ability to prioritize and self-manage.

Main Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about business plans’ information, and promotions
• Sell, analyze, and advise on appropriate packages to customers
• Detail-oriented, ability to establish rapport with a diverse range of customers, identify customers needs and sales opportunities
• Perform daily tasks based on the assigned work plan
• Schedule daily customer appointments and make product presentations
• Identify and contact potential customers for business opportunities
• Update customer database with contact details and interest information from prospective customers
• Communicate with customers through phone, e-mails, and in-person visits
• Respond and demonstrate a professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude with all potential customers

Qualifications:

• Experienced in B2B sales, the telecommunication industry is a plus
• Proficiency with MS Office Programs
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and writing
• Must be fluent in English, Cantonese is a plus
• Valid Drivers license and able to visit customers.
