Cable Technician

Responsibilities:

• Wire Ethernet or Fiber cable inside or outside buildings
• Install Equipment to customer site
• Troubleshoot technical issues in customer site based on request
• Support and visit business and residential customers if required
• Other on-site and in-office technical support if assigned

Qualifications:

• Background of electrical or networking
• Experience in IT support/installation/electrical
• Excellent people skills, communication skills and self-management skills
• Honesty, integrity and a genuine desire to help
• Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and in small places cannot have fear of heights and claustrophobia
• Willingness to learn and undertake new challenges and complete work within assigned time frames
• Able to work independently
• Must have a strong commitment to safety
• Must be well organized and be able to work well individually and as part of a team
• Must have a valid Class G Driver’s License and clean driving record

Associates may be required to work evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, overtime, non-scheduled and non-consecutive days, as the needs of the project require

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
