Logical Cabling
Job Description: We are looking for Experienced Structured Cable Technicians that can work well in retail and commercial environments. Duties may include digging and setting ground cables, working on poles, installing equipment, and troubleshooting any problems with the cable system. The cable system of Clients are located in various places therefore the work environment can be inside and outside. Our Clients are located all across Canada therefore travel is an important aspect of our Company and this position.
Job responsibilities:
- Maintaining existing cabling systems
- Installing and repairing cable infrastructure
- Testing recently installed or relocated cables
- Assisting and proving on-site support to Entry-Level Technicians
- Cleaning the work area and equipment
- Installing cable support structures
- Removing redundant cabling
- Keeping cable neatly tied and bundled
- Recording time and material used on job sites
- Operating vehicles, lifts, ladders, and test equipment
- Properly filling out reports
- Travel to and from sites
Additional Requirements & Skills:
- Attention to detail
- Ability to distinguish between colors
- Strong personal management
- Oral communication
- Drivers License
- Reliable form of transportation
**Overtime may sometimes be required**

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $41,600.00-$54,080.00 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Weekend availability
Experience:
- Telecommunication: 2 years (preferred)
- Network Cabling: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Working at Heights Certificate (preferred)
- Elevated Work Platform Certificate (preferred)
- Drivers License (required)
Willingness to travel:
- 75% (preferred)
