Cell Tower Climber Technician Virtual Hiring Event

Bechtel Construction Services is currently seeking experienced cell tower climber technicians for our California Telecommunications Markets based in Livermore, Chino, and San Diego, CA.

Requirements:

• Must have Tower Climbing certification/capability
• Must have 2+ years of Cell Tower Climbing experience
• Must be 21+ years of age
• Must have driver’s license and mode of transportation

Experience and Qualifications

• Perform all aspects of cell tower lines and antenna work. Includes installing squids, proper use of antenna alignment tools, installing RRUs and associated cabling.
• Adhere to safety standards and requirements
• Responsible for all tools, equipment, and material issued.
• Familiar with proper procedures for all types of rigging operations. Ability to perform and inspect certain types of rigging operations.
• Tower climbing certification/capability required
