Tower Technicians Positions Available
One Oak Enterprises LLC is presently hiring Full-Time Entry Level and Experienced Cell Tower Techs.

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED – We will train the right applicants.
Hired applicants will receive company paid Competent Climber certifications, CPR/FA, DOT medical exam, RF Awareness and other Cell Phone Tower related certifications.

Applicants must possess the following:
- Work in a positive atmosphere, be dependable and have the ability to follow directions
- Work with heights over 100′ and follow strict Company and Industry Safety Expectations
- Have experience working outdoors under various weather conditions
- Ability to travel and work overtime including weekends as needed
- Knowledge of hand and power tools
- Have a Valid Driver’s license
- The sincere willingness to learn and work on a crew REQUIREMENTS include pre-employment background and drug screening.

POSITIONS RESPONSIBILITIES
- Climb and work on communication towers for the purpose of installing, replacing and maintaining cell site
- Perform tower maintenance/installation/modification under close supervision.
- Maintain and build infrastructure at cell site towers or cell sites located on rooftops or water towers.
- Provide Service Delivery work installing new cell site equipment up to complete new cell site installs, as well as removal of old equipment.
- Install coax connectors; follow appropriate grounding procedures and site modifications to include ice bridge, platforms, boom gates, etc.
- Install cable, fiber and new equipment at site locations by maintaining proper cable/fiber
- Perform Cathead operations to include tagging, load plans, and inspections.
- Provide technical support for testing and trouble-shooting including on-site supervision as needed.
- Commission new sites into the network by working with remote team to test functionality and alarms.
- Determine the cause of equipment failure using various types of complex test equipment and methods.
- Provide technical support with azimuth markings and settings, color coding, coax / fiber routing and installation, antenna side tilts and down tilts.
- Ensure efficient and safe operation of equipment and hand, power, and specialty tools.
- Follow safety guidelines and recommendations at all times when using equipment and tools.
- Lubricate parts and clean equipment to ensure efficient operation.
- Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments.
- Recommend equipment repairs, parts and supplies to the foreman or supervisor as appropriate.
- Administer preventative and operational maintenance to equipment as needed.
- Follow safety guidelines and recommendations at all times when using equipment and tools.
- Work safely, abide by and promote established safety policies and procedures related to the site build. Identify and follow-up on unsafe conditions.
- Understand company safety policy. Perform work to ensure procedures are within safety and governmental compliance.
- Ensure all safety measures are followed in the repair and installation of equipment.
