Cell Tower Technician

TOWER TECHNICIAN – This position is for candidates with experience in cellular construction. You will be required to perform a variety of elevated construction duties including but not limited to : tower erection, cable, antenna and radio installation, antenna mount installation, cellular signal testing and troubleshooting, platforms and other structures for the expansion, repair, modification and upgrade of cellular networks.

Responsibilities :

• Understand and follow all state and federal safety regulations while working efficiently.
• Ability to work closely as a team with others and maintain a positive attitude.
• Ability to work reliably and productively with minimal supervision.
• Ability to read, comprehend and carry out written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to learn, analyze and interpret site data.
• Basic ability to interpret various construction documents (i.e., blue prints, construction diagrams, manufacturer specs, etc.) to ensure proper installation of cellular antenna systems.
• A desire to learn and advance within our company.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including snow, rain, and varying temperatures.
• Maintain excellent physical conditioning and stamina.
• Must be reliable and punctual with the ability to travel to long distance job sites
• Must be able to participate on occasional overnight stays at long distance job sites.
• Must provide proof of and maintain a valid driver’s license.
