Cell Tower Technician

No experience necessary!! We do all training in house with our instructors.

We are a Rutland Vermont based company that has been around for over 50 years. We have the knowledge and experience to perform our duties in the safest ways in the industry. There is a wave of updates that are coming to the area in upgrading the cellular networks, so there is plenty of available overtime as we average 50 hours a week. We offer time and a half for all overtime. With the growing demand of work our goal is to find good hardworking individuals who could learn the tasks and be promoted within the company to run crews for us in the future.

Working at heights is a must. We build, maintain, and upgrade cell towers in the New England area. This job does include some travel, when traveling all expenses are paid for”housing, food, ect…” by the company. We are mostly upgrading cell sites at this time. installing new antennas radios ect. We will provide all climbing certs, along with proper training. pay starts at 17-18.00 an hour depending on background experience, with plenty of room for advancement within the company. PTO, 401k, health benefits.

We are essential worker in the cyber infrastructure. We do avoid being in public as much as possible by renting houses for travel stay instead of hotels. We also follow all cover guidelines given to us per Vermont Health Board.
