Cell Tower Technician

Hiring Tower Technicians $22-$35

Immediate Need

· Advanced rigging procedures of all types of structures; towers, monopoles, and buildings

· Advanced knot tying

· Advanced tagging procedures

· Advanced man lifts operation

· Advanced climbing technique and fall arrest procedures

· Perform basic RF modifications (down tilt, azimuth adjust, etc.)

· Antenna and RRU installations.

· Install GPS antennas

· Perform basic trouble shooting procedures, e.g. sweep, CW

· Ability to operate and perform basic testing with the Anritsu spectrum analyzer, e.g. VSWR/CW testing

· Ability to operate and perform basic testing with the Kaelus test gear for the use of PIM

· Ability to operate or assist in operation of Alignment and Testing tools

· Successfully manage work at jobsites by yourself or with other coworkers on an installation team

· Capable of downloading, labeling, and sending job site pictures

· Capable of completing basic job site RF modification paperwork

· Ability to provide basic daily project updates as needed
