Due to growth, we are currently seeking Tower Technicians in NJ/NY, We are looking for career-oriented individuals with experience in the tower industry as well as those with recreational climbing experience or just an interest in climbing professionally. If you have an eagerness to learn we will train you!

your primary responsibilities consist of a full range of installation, repair, and maintenance services on our clients’ towers including performing line and antenna systems installation and repairs; conducting maintenance on lighting systems; troubleshooting, replacing, and performing maintenance on 4G & 5G components, coax, fiber, jumpers, TMA’s, connectors, weatherproofing, etc.; and performing microwave antenna and path alignments
- High school diploma
- Willingness to climb towers; we are seeking individuals who enjoy the thrill of working at heights of 60-200+ feet
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean background check and drug screening
- Availability for overnight travel
- Willingness to work outside in all weather conditions
- Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
- Must be able to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 – $28.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Work Location: One location
