Cell Tower Technician
Direct hire with company offers medical, dental and vision benefits and has a competitive payment structure and pay will be commensurate with experience
Salary: 15.00 – 20.00 an hour plus paid per diem. Use of company truck.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required we will train and get you certified
- Bilingual preferred
- Comfortable with traveling at least 50% by plane and vehicle.
- Must be able to work at heights on towers, rooftops, water towers, and other elevated structures
- Able to meet or exceed the physical capabilities of the job
- We are looking for hard-working, career-committed applicants who have good hands-on experience with tools and are mechanically minded.
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Pushing, pulling, and lifting materials up to 50 lbs.
- Background Check required
- Able to work in the US
- Steel toe boots required
Responsibilities
- Performance and proficiency in completing job tasks will be evaluated daily

- To perform this job, individuals must climb the physical towers that provide cell phone service.
- These technicians must follow detailed protocols to ensure their safety as well as that of those around them.
- Climb towers to access components, using safety equipment, such as full-body harnesses.
