- General knowledge of construction
- Willing to climb/learn to perform at various heights 250′, 500’+.
- Strong work ethic, dependable, willing to travel and work long hours
- Sweeping, Pimming, fiber testing
- Safety is the number one priority
- Has all required basic hand tools
- Listens, understands and follows directions
- Attention to detail
- Must be a self-starter and internally motivated to achieve corporate, department, and personal objectives.
- Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Must possess excellent problem solving and decision making skills.
- Can handle and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Safe rigging and general knot tying skills
- Knowledge transfer to tower hand and green hand employees
