Job Responsibilities:

  • Support all Customer Colleague sub-stream teams in preparing Change Management documentation and representing the change in CAB meetings to obtain approval to proceed following all procedures. Assisting Customer Colleague team members with activities related to gathering, obtaining, preparing, and/or creating Change Management documentation.
  • Prepare change management documents for submission following all procedures. If completing FHN or third-party change management documents for submission following those entity required processes/procedures.
  • Document all change management process and procedures and keep the documentation current (up to date).
  • Establish working partnership with all Customer Colleague team members to support change management activities.
  • Assist Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and/or Engineers with preparing change management documentation as needed which may include creating the supporting/submitting documentation.

Skills and Experience Required:

· Proficiency using Microsoft Office Products specifically: Microsoft Outlook; Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Word; and Microsoft PowerPoint.

· Experience using MS Project

· Proficiency using Web Browsers specifically: Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

· Proficiency using Collaboration Tools specifically: Microsoft Teams and Cisco WebEx.

· Proficiency using Telecommunications Tools (Desk Phone and Mobile Phone).

· Self-Starter that can manage their own activities with minimal supervision.

· Experience using ServiceNow Change Management and Service Management.

· Experience using Microsoft Visio.

Desired Skills:

· Working knowledge of networking technologies (Layer 2, Layer 3, WLAN, Routing protocols, DNS, and DHCP); knowledge on manufacturer equipment (Cisco, and HPE Aruba); knowledge of OSI Layers and TCP/IP layers.

· Working knowledge of operating systems technologies (Microsoft Windows and Red Hat Linux).

· Working knowledge of IT security technologies (Firewalls, IDS, WAF, etc.).

· One to three years’ experience working in a Financial Services (specifically Consumer Retail Banking) Technology environment experience

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $38.00 – $70.00 per hour
