Channel Partner Manager, Telecom

As a Telecom Channel Partner, you will have the experience of cultivating strong client partnerships with the goal of identifying Channel Partner needs and aligning company resources to deliver a superior Channel Partner experience. Ability to lead and collaborate cross-functionality to build and deliver best-in-class solutions for Channel Partners in an efficient and effective way to ensure satisfaction.

You will work directly with the Executive Team to manage Channel Partners, prioritize and build strategic partnership relationships, and be an advocate for Channel Partner success.

Responsibilities:

  • Building key relationships with multiple providers within the internet; TV; Home Security and Utility verticals.
  • Manage national Channel Partner relationships, as the primary point of contact and business advocate for marketing and technology services.
  • Own the channel partner lifecycle experience through adoption, implementation, retention, and renewal.
  • Identify the needs of channel partners through frequent communication and understanding of key initiatives to propose mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Manage all aspects of onboarding and client enablement including cross-functional PMO, Sales, Operations, Marketing, UI/UX, and development syntheses to ensure success.

Responsible for driving sales performance targets with multiple providers through consistent focus on key performance metrics, understanding and leveraging technology trends, and optimizing growth opportunities through on-site sales and training support.

Develop onboarding programs and strategic initiatives for new Providers within the cross-sell space to maximize on sales and digital marketing opportunities within a serviceable footprint.

Conduct quarterly business reviews with XYZies’ executives and respective Provider Principals to evaluate sales performance, identify areas of improvement and align common goals/objectives for all parties involved.

Exhibit high level, and detail-oriented management skills by owning several Provider partnerships.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 3-5 years experience in Telecom Channel Partner Management

· A Bachelor’s degree is required (a Master’s degree is preferred)

· Highly attention to detail and organization skills

· High-level management and leadership skills

· Ability to schedule and manage tasks effectively

· Problem-solving skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Revenue generation and budgeting skills

· Teamwork and coordination skills

· Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

· Ability to maintain the utmost confidentiality on all matters
