POSITION SUMMARY

The Channel Sales Executive is responsible for prospecting & selling new business within their assigned territory. The Channel Sales Executive will work with MSP channel partners in closing sales and exceeding sales targets. We are looking for the best of the best; someone with a phenomenal work ethic, a contagious personality with a can-do attitude. The Channel Sales Executive must be able to adopt the company’s structured sales process to generate results that contribute to our business growth.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Targets and Measures: Strategically target MSP’s, Master Agent’s, but not limited to VAR’s and regions, record daily/weekly metrics/KPIs for each call, appointment, deal, canvassing, and all other sales efforts.
  • CRM: Use all in-house systems (HubSpot, etc.) to keep partner communications documented, creating deals, adding notes, placing LOAs, equipment lists, and current phone bills as attachments, and follow-up assignments into the system.
  • Prospecting: Determine effective prospecting methods and develop qualified leads.
  • Time Management: Maintain a balance between your prospecting, lead generation, partner relationship management, and closing deals.
  • Strong presentation, communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly schedules to achieve sales targets.
  • Keep management informed of activity reports, such as clover leafing leads, daily call logs, and projected sales.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to self-manage and work independently, as well as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • 5+ years of business to business (B2B) outside sales experience preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • A valid driver’s license with reliable transportation is required.
  • Valid Insurance with public liability and property damage insurance that complies with statutory requirements required.
  • Must have a viable remote home office with a laptop computer and internet access.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams.

Employment / Job Type:

Pay:

  • Starts at $50,000 base, depending upon experience
  • Commission eligible
