Our Company is looking for an experienced Civil Telecom Lead to assist their Foreman in managing telecommunications Small Cell, NSB, & Maintenance Projects. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and collaboration skills, in addition to being highly motivated and working well under pressure. Below is a list of job tasks for this role, which include, but are not limited to:

• Assist in keeping track of project progress.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, health and quality standards.
• Assist in supervising crew members and managing their work progress.
• Work independently from the Foreman to keep project on track. Must be able to anticipate next steps on the site and keep the job moving forward and mentoring newer crew industry crew members.

In addition, below is a list of job requirements which include, but are not limited to:

• Previous experience as a Civil Telecom Lead or in a similar role within the telecommunications industry.
• In depth understanding of construction operations and processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire.
• OSHA 10
• CPR First Aid

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
