Job roles and responsibilities include

• Handle any concerns, requests and feedback Telgoo5 clients might have
• Use Asana, email, phone and video with clients and internal teams to ensure delivery of outstanding outcomes in a timely manner
• You will communicate and manage the deliverables of each project including objectives, expectations, process and end-product deliverables to key internal team members to ensure best-in-class development & execution of each project.
• Manage planning and all operational aspects of each project
• Ensures clients are kept in the loop by communicating status, updates, progress, timelines, etc.
• Virtually connect with clients weekly to ensure all client needs are being met
• If a client is unhappy, you figure out how to make them happy

What we are looking for:

• Someone who is highly technical, with the ability to understand large distributed systems and cloud infrastructure and experience in SaaS platforms
• Someone who can see the big picture
• Ability to work with international teams
• Someone who excels at crystal clear communication, including with India based teams
• Professionalism, as this role will involve interaction with client executive leadership
• Proven ability to manage all aspects of projects in a client-facing role
• Bachelors required, ideally in a technical discipline
• Asana experience a plus
• Mobile telecom experience a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: $60,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
