ETS is seeking a Client Project Manager to join our first-class team in Fountain Hills, Arizona. The duties of this position include:
· Building and improving existing client relationships, expanding reach while pursuing leads via client networking and maintaining one-to-one communication with the clients
· Providing project-level status reports and project updates to customers, leadership, team leads, and project leads via dashboards, progress meetings, and one-to-one communications
· Partnering with the Project Managers/ Engineering leads, Division Heads, and integrated team members to understand processes and suggest service improvements that would help the company align with the client’s needs and goals, as well as the needs and goals of their organizations
· Forecast and track task and project completion at all levels to ensure the client’s deployment goals are met
· Provide support to the customers, by coaching and helping team members understand their clients and how their client’s success relates to meeting company goals for growth and financial success.
· Anticipate and proactively address issues internally and externally that hinder services, effect delivery, and/or provide a negative customers experience to our clients
· Help client and team plan, execute, and complete projects that have cross-departmental tasks and goals
· Support and help to create an environment that is geared toward innovation, high productivity, improved quality, and outstanding client services among teams and departments
· Provide quality control to ensure that all the client’s needs and requests have been accommodated and met in a timely manner for client satisfaction; act as initial escalation for clients’ needs
· Organize regular meetings with Department managers to discuss improvements and successes they’ve had regarding client satisfaction and customer goals
· Act as a liaison between clients and the finance team to support timely payment and to ensure all parties are meeting the required payment goals as aligned within active service contracts
· Work with clients to identify and develop additional avenues for services
· Coordinate and attend regular meetings and/or conferences to build and maintain positive working relationships.
· Onboard new clients and develop a strong, positive working relationship with them as assigned.
Project Management Responsibilities including:
· Project folder and tasks setup
· Updating and/or maintaining Site Tracker as directed by Division Heads, communicating project delays to Division leads and clients and changing delivery dates, adding revision tasks, and alerting the team leads to obstacles and overlaps that may impact deadlines. Communicating client forecast goals, delivery changes, and changes in ETAs to the client.
· Pull Due Diligence and Organize; maintain file folders, ensuring folders have all documents, PO’s, and email communication are maintained
· Upload necessary documentation into the client database
· Provides POR’s and client invoicing
· Prepare permit submittal packages in accordance with jurisdictional requirements and submit online, mailed, or in person as needed
· Communicate with jurisdictions, and internal/external team members to resolve jurisdictional redlines, delays, or issues
· Complete any necessary paperwork required for permitting review
· Ensure timely completion of tasks, proper invoicing, and maintain payment documentation
· Route project files/documentation to client and external project managers and division and team
Skill Requirements:
- Must be well versed in MS Office software and Outlook.
- Data entry into websites; prior experience with Site Tracker would be ideal.
- Must be capable of managing others efficiently.
- Able to manage time appropriately with little supervision.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Prior experience with cell towers is a plus.
Educational Requirements:
- Associates Degree preferred, High School Diploma or equivalent required
Pay: $55,000 – $70,000 Depending on experience.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and 10 panel drug screen.
