Client Representative | Telecommunications

During the first contact with new and existing customers, the Client Representative is in charge of handling all questions and concerns for our Telecommunciations Client. An entry-level position like this is ideal for ambitious individuals who enjoy working with people and providing solutions to consumers’ problems. This individual will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and develop strategies for driving growth, improving customer experiences, and increasing market share.

Responsibilities:

• Develop direct customer relationships, in-person, in a retail environment to acquire new customers
• Inform customers of the benefits received with our clients products and services tailored to their needs
• Respond promptly to customer requests to meet customer commitments under difficult or emotional situations.
• Attend conference calls and meetings for continuous learning
• Maintain positive member relations at all times by using good judgment and the ability to multitask

Qualifications:

• 0 to 1 years of Customer Service experience
• Ability to perform Account Retention
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Prioritizes and plans work activities
• Self-motivated
• Work efficiently and effectively, both independently and as a team.
