International Telecommunication company is seeking an experienced Cloud/system engineer to work within their engineering team in the NYC office. Cloud/system engineer will be responsible for deploying and debugging cloud stacks, educating the team, and ensuring the security of the infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, evaluate, and identify optimal cloud solutions and on-premise solutions by working with the sales and sales engineers
- Educate the teams on the implementation of new cloud and initiatives
- Designing, developing, deploying new systems, and modify/improve existing systems
- Regularly review existing systems, making recommendations for improvements, identify, analyze and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and other issues
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT field or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in designing, developing, implementing, operating and maintaining cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure platforms, IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS
- 5+ Years of experience with designing, developing, implementing, operating and maintaining computer networks and systems
- Experience with Unix/Linux environment is a plus

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
