Northrop Grumman Defense Systems (NGDS), F-35 Sustainment HPSI Operating Unit, has an opening for a Principal Aircraft Records Coordinator to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. You will be assigned as an Principal Aircraft Records Coordinator supporting F-35 organizational maintenance at Miramar, California. Your Mission will be to support O-Level maintenance on F-35.

Your duties and responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Responsible for ensuring all aircraft Time Compliance Technical Directives (TCTDs) are processed according to Type Version Effectivities.
• Utilize Joint Technical Data (JTD) and Product Data Management (PDM) repositories to obtain applicable engineering drawings.
• Work directly with supply chain management to ensure applicable tooling, parts, and/or consumables are on-hand to perform TCTDs.
• Work with maintenance control teammates to create Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) work orders.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of aircraft maintenance experience as either a technician, or in a maintenance/production control facet.
• F-35 ALIS/JTD/TCTD experience
• A Current Secret or higher Clearance.
• Ability to obtain Special Access Program clearance, as required.

• Ability to provide temporary support to our other CLS locations and/or emerging deployments
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule that include extended shifts, holidays, and weekends and support on call status for 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week, 365 days a year.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a TCTO/TCTD coordinator, legacy or 5th generation aircraft

Salary Range: $39,800 USD – $76,800 USD

Employees be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
