Job Description:

• Serves as liaison and provides technical support to telecommunications users, including design, planning, installation, and maintenance.
• Analyzes telecommunications usage growth and works with end users and vendors to assist with projected telecommunications needs and equipment acquisition.
• Maintains system security, develops, and maintains documentation, and troubleshoots telecommunications problems
• Works to resolve telecommunications circuit issues, including working with our vendors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related area
• Three to five years of experience supporting telecommunications hardware and software,

or equivalent combination of education and experience.
